The magazine also gives a rave review to the Legacy edition of "Couldn't Stand The Weather," noting: "You’d be hard-pressed to find anybody who questions Vaughan’s virtuosity on the instrument ... I find it hard to believe that anyone could find fault with the kind of dynamic musicianship and unbridled passion he brought to the guitar."

I have only recently discovered SRV,it makes me so irate that I have missed over thirty years of this the best by far blues guitarist in my life time,I`m nearly 68.

to this very day, I still find it extremely difficult to understand why my friend was taken. I met Stevie in the early seventies. Even then I could tell he was special. It was like every show he played you could just see how much better he had become. Our friendship lasted to the very end. I miss my friend. I miss you Stevie. I know your spirit is flying high and free. Peace be with you.

Stevie , a great musician and a great person! My favorite guitarist!! Eric Clapton said Stevie played from his soul!

I was introduced to Stevie Ray by someone years ago. His music is fantastic, like he put his entire being into it. I have since introduced younger people to his music and have been pleasantly surprised that they find it fascinating! Thanks for the interviews.
